Does it cost anything?

It’s a complimentary service with no obligation to buy. Confirm this is your policy before publishing.

How far in advance should I submit?

Ideally at least 2 business days, and earlier during the holidays.

What if I don’t know their style or ring size?

That’s exactly what we’re here for. Tell us what you do know, and we’ll suggest pieces that don’t require a size, like pendants, earrings, and bracelets.

What if none of the pieces are right?

We’ll pull more options on the spot, or explore custom design or special orders.
